Grade 8 students are learning about westward expansion in Mr. Simpson's social studies class. Students will be writing scripts for a 2 minute recruitment video for the following jobs: cowboy, railroad worker, buffalo hunter, and homesteader. The objective is for students to learn about the hardships and the various details of how the people of that time built the west.
